Fiber glass sleeves
Fiber glass sleeves are made of silk-like glass threads which are drawn at temperatures of over 1000 ° C and processed into yarns. From these yarns glass fiber tubes are then manufactured in special weaving and knitting processes. Due to the high temperature resistance, long service life and mechanical load capacity, the non-conductive hoses are particularly suitable for electrical insulation. Glass fiber hoses with silicone or polyurethane coatings make the hoses particularly resistant to external influences.
